You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. The store may suspend or restrict access to accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, false claims, or activity that threatens the platform or other users.
We work to keep product descriptions, images, inventory, and pricing accurate, but mistakes can happen. Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, cancel clearly erroneous orders, and update catalog content at any time.
Placing an order is a request to purchase products from the store. An order becomes accepted when the business confirms processing or fulfils the transaction. We may decline or cancel orders where inventory is unavailable, delivery cannot be completed, fraud risk is detected, pricing is clearly incorrect, or payment cannot be verified.
Customers must use one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment obligations are not met until the full amount due is successfully received or, where cash on delivery is available, confirmed under the store’s fulfilment process. Failed, reversed, disputed, or unauthorized transactions may result in order cancellation or account review.
Delivery times are estimates only unless explicitly guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customer availability, address errors, weather, customs, or force majeure events. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply where repeated delivery attempts or special handling are required.
Return, refund, and cancellation decisions are subject to the store’s operational policies, product condition, delivery status, and applicable consumer law. Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene, customization, final-sale, or damage-prevention reasons. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
All storefront content, including branding, text, images, layouts, product descriptions, logos, graphics, and software elements, is owned by the store or used with permission. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, or commercially exploit storefront content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, product misuse, delays, service interruptions, or third-party provider failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or platform changes. Updated terms apply from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the storefront after updates means you accept the revised terms.
